Camp Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your child's registration for our day camp. To ensure that we can continue to provide quality programming, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of camp: If you cancel your child's registration more than 30 days before the start of camp, we will refund 50% of the original booking fee.

2. Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of camp: If you cancel your child's registration less than 30 days before the start of camp, No refunds will be issued for cancellations however we will issue a one time credit. The credit can be used for the same summer camp season or school-break camp session.

3. Cancellation after the start of camp: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the start of camp.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for missed days of camp or for any other reason once the camp has begun. This policy is in place as we make significant planning, staffing, and material expenditures in anticipation of camper attendance.

In the event that we cancel the summer day camp for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

To cancel your child's registration, please contact us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of camp. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your written cancellation. Please email ruth@lunadepapel.us or call (201) 946-9400.
